    Mr. Abdul Rahman Al Samari, member of the Housing Program, said that the program is an integrated system aims to improve the rental sector in the Kingdom in a balanced way by finding sustainable solutions to the challenges of the real estate market that preserves the rights of all parties.
        
    Al Samari said during a meeting organized by Asharqia Chamber represented by the Real Estate Committee on Thursday May 4, 2017 that the program is one of the most important solutions that aims to regulate the leasing relationship between the leasing parties and the real estate broker, which includes a set of integrated electronic services that will contribute to creating the rental sector with transparency and trust. It is designed to be the main engine for the development, sustainability and increasing the confidence to achieve balance in the real estate rental sector by regulating and facilitating the procedures of the real estate sector with incentive systems and mechanisms to preserve the rights and maintain the balance of the sector by standards safe and accurate, pointing that the program began the registration of real estate agents and will provide service training programs for the near future.
        
    Al Sammari said in the meeting that was chaired by the Chairman of the Real Estate Committee Dr. Bassam Boudi that the services of the electronic program provides the rental behavior of the parties to the process of leasing and the possibility of verification of the identity of members of the program, and the approval of contracts electronically, and provides electronic payment service and the rights of parties.
        
    Regarding the goals of the program, Al Samari pointed that he has several goals, the most prominent of which are the formulation of unified rental contracts that meet the needs of the beneficiaries, the policies and regulatory procedures for the real estate broker facilities for qualifying and adoption, improving the performance of the real estate rental sector to find a bigger balance between supply and demand, thus achieving fair prices for rental real estate units.
        
    As for the advantages of the program, Al Samari said that all parties have their own advantages. The registered real estate broker will be listed as the program does not accept the real estate brokers. It can also verify the identity of the lessee, the lessor, the electronic maintenance of the contracts and easy follow-up and collection.
        
    The benefits The program provides a standard residential rental contract that was formulated by specialists who will maintain the rights of all parties in a balanced manner, in addition to the reliability of the deal so as to provide dealing with an approved real estate broker, the possibility of electronic payment and flexibility in the number of rent payments and the contract inquiry service.
        
    The advantages of the program allows him to deal with an approved real estate broker, in addition to providing options for collection of rent in several ways, annual or semi annual, quarterly and monthly, and keeping the rights of the lessor of the defaulters in payment as a standard contract as an executive document.
